RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUND POLICY

At Noir Ronin, we engineer our gear for high-stakes durability. However, if your Base Layer™ or Shadow Armor™ arrives with a system failure, we are here to recalibrate your loadout.

1. THE 30-DAY WINDOW

Our return protocol is active for 30 days after your equipment has been delivered. If 30 days have passed since your mission was completed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. EQUIPMENT CONDITION

To be eligible for a Reborn Protocol (Return), your item must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The gear must be in the same condition as when it was unsealed.

  • Original Packaging: Items must remain in their original "Noir Ronin" tactical packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Mission: A valid order number (e.g., #NR-1001) is required to initiate the process.

3. DEFECTIVE GEAR (MISSION FAILURE)

If you receive damaged or defective equipment (misprints or structural tears):

  1. Send a high-resolution transmission (photo) of the defect to support@noirronin.com.

  2. Once the failure is verified by our command center, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

4. SIZE RECALIBRATION (EXCHANGES)

We understand that sometimes an operative needs a different fit (e.g., swapping a 2XL for a 3XL).

  • Because our gear is often limited-run, exchanges depend on current stock in The Domain.

  • The operative is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item for size exchanges.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ASSETS

  • Items purchased during "Final Archive" sales or clearance events.

  • Digital gift cards.

  • Gear that shows signs of use in the field (wear, stains, or odors).

6. THE REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transmission to clear through your financial institution.
