DEPLOYMENT & LOGISTICS

SHIPPING PROTOCOL

At Noir Ronin, we ensure your gear is forged with precision and deployed with speed. Every piece of your loadout is tracked from our command center to your coordinates.

1. SHIPPING SECTORS & RATES

For our launch phase, we are offering exclusive terms for operatives in North America:

  • USA & CANADA: FREE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum contract required.

  • INTERNATIONAL: We currently prioritize the North American sector. For inquiries outside these zones, contact our support operatives.

2. PROCESSING TIME (THE FORGE)

Once a contract is sealed (order placed), your gear enters the production phase:

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days.

  • During high-demand drops or "limited-run" events, processing may take up to 7 business days to ensure the quality of the Heavyweight Cotton and High-Definition Inks.

3. ESTIMATED ARRIVAL (ETA)

Our logistics partners work to deliver your equipment as fast as the "Yellow Flash." Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA: 7–15 business days.

  • CANADA: 10–20 business days (depending on customs clearance).

  • Note: These are estimates. Weather conditions or tactical delays in the logistics chain may occur.

4. TRACKING & SURVEILLANCE

As soon as your package is unsealed and leaves the forge, you will receive a Tracking Number via encrypted email.

  • You can monitor your shipment’s progress through our Tracking Portal in real-time.

  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to synchronize with the carrier’s radar.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • USA: Orders under $800 typically do not incur import taxes.

  • CANADA: Operatives are responsible for any local GST/HST or customs duties imposed by the border sector. Noir Ronin is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Ensuring the correct coordinates is the responsibility of the operative.

  • If a package is returned to the command center due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a re-deployment fee will be required to ship the item again.
